Using Music to Reach 1,000 People

Gospel for Asia
For Immediate Release

SOUTH ASIA (ANS) -- One thousand people came to join these believers and their Gospel for Asia–supported pastor, Bhavin, at their “Musical Gospel Night.”

The majority of the villagers are tribal or immigrants, both considered fringe groups. To show respect and care for these cultures, the Christian singers performed in the villagers’ native languages.

Music is a very important part of their cultures, so this was a popular program. After the concert, the villagers heard a message pointing them to Jesus.

“As a result of this program, many are now interested in hearing the Gospel,” wrote GFA’s correspondent.

Pastor Bhavin requests prayer as he follows up with the people who attended. Pray that they will listen to the pastor with a soft heart.

These four women used the alphabet to share the Gospel.

Gospel for Asia is an evangelical mission organization based in Carrollton, Texas, involved in sharing the love of Jesus across South Asia.
