The combined core tenets will include: Healthcare, Education, Housing, Enterprise Development, and Leadership. These five pillars comprise the mission of the Global Tribe Partners, and merge the key elements each organization brings to the relationship. The union expands the scope of each organization providing complimentary focus on meeting the spectrum of needs for those living in extreme poverty. Moreover, 100% of donations will go to the work on the projects.

Two key projects currently underway are the building of a hospital in the village of Maganga, city of Salima in Malawi, Africa, and the launch of a sustainable village of up to 350 homes in Baja, Mexico, to include a medical clinic, orphanage, and church. Global Tribe will also continue the medical work One5 initiated 48 hours after the devastating earthquake in Haiti.
David Miller
David Miller, Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Development at Nueterra Companies and former Chairman of the Board for One5 will serve as Chairman for Global Tribe Partners. A veteran in missions and working with those in poverty, Global Tribe founder Anthony Walton has been named President of Global Tribe Partners. Walton will also serve to advise and support the board of directors.
“Global Tribe, in partnership with other organizations, has long worked to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for eliminating poverty by meeting basic needs such as housing, health care and education,” said Walton. “And by this we will be creating sustainability through economic development and leadership training as we focus on the long term solution.”
One5 Foundation, launched by Nueterra Healthcare, worked from a vision to lift up people living in poverty so they can succeed educationally, occupationally, relationally, financially and spiritually so they will, in turn, become leaders and enrich their communities and countries. The plan starts with the most vulnerable of all humans on earth: orphan children. One5 has been working to become a leader in building successful, sustainable communities.
“It is our belief that by using an integral approach to understanding the cause of extreme poverty in specific communities and countries, followed by a comprehensive development strategy, we can change an entire country in a single generation,” says Chairman David Miller. “There is no more noble cause than to relieve pain and suffering, and extreme poverty is the number one source.”
Newsboys
Global Tribe began in 1992 when Walton arranged a medical mission to Romania to help rescue children in dire straights. From there, Global Tribe was launched, and began to partner with organizations to care for orphans, build homes for the poor, and to care for the overall well being of those living in abject poverty. Since then, they have embraced orphanages in 5 countries, directed 5 major citywide events collecting 14 tons of food for the poor, helped to build a few hundred homes in Mexico, launched education centers in their Global Café’s, and developed leaders in various organizations. Since 2007, their message has been taken to cities across the U.S through concerts by the top selling rock band Newsboys, who will continue as primary spokespersons.
