Former BBC World Service producer Steve Vickers will present a daily, half-hour radio show called Planet Sport - The World Comes To London. The show will be for radio stations worldwide and also available online at www.planetsport.tv The news release said 2K Plus will also produce a daily feature exploring the many aspects of Christian service and outreach coordinated under the banner of More Than Gold. For example, journalists will visit Games events outside London to find out how local Christians in Dorking and Weymouth are working together to serve their communities during the Cycling Road Race and Sailing events. “2K Plus has reported with a Christian perspective from every Summer Olympics since the 1992 Games in Barcelona,” said 2K Plus CEO Adrian Barnard, speaking in a news release.
