PO Box 609, Lake Forest, CA 92609-0609 USA Friday, September 7, 2012 Telephone, Text and Tweet Everyone To Come To NDOP Wembley By Peter Wooding Europe Bureau Chief for ASSIST News Service LONDON, ENGLAND (ANS) -- With just over three weeks to go, National Day of Prayer and Worship organisers are calling on everyone to telephone, text and tweet all their contacts to book their tickets to fill London's Wembley Stadium September 29th. As coach-loads from of churches from across the UK are booking their places
NDOP Wembley will be the culmination of six years of stadium and Borough prayer events and periods of 24/7 prayer organised by the Global Day of Prayer London. But organisers believe over these past six years they have never seen such an expectation and momentum of unity among all denominations like there is towards this year’s National Day of Prayer and Worship. “However we need to mobilise everyone to spread the word via telephone calls, text messages and tweets, that they simply can’t miss this historic opportunity to be at Wembley for a day of united prayer and worship,” said GDOP London Convener Jonathan Oloyede. Latest confirmed artists to lead worship include Matt Redman, Tim Hughes, Graham Kendrick, Noel Robinson, Lara Martin, LZ7, Guvna B, Godfrey Birtil, Sound Of Wales and Hillsong. NDOP Wembley is also encouraging everyone to go to their website’s resources page: http://www.ndopwembley.com/-media/ndop-resources Where they can download the NDOP Logo and post it on their Facebook profile and they can download a series of promotional videos and church posters.
