Dan Wooding is
an award winning British journalist now living in Southern California with
his wife Norma. He is the founder and international director of ASSIST (Aid
to Special Saints in Strategic Times) and the ASSIST News Service (ANS). He
was, for ten years, a commentator, on the UPI Radio Network in Washington,
DC. Wooding is the author of some 42 books, the latest of which is his
autobiography, "From Tabloid to Truth", which is published by Theatron
Books. |

Sheraz
Khurram Khan is a freelance journalist based in Pakistan where he is a
Special Correspondent for ASSIST News Service. He was born in Sargodha, and
is a university graduate majoring in Sociology. He is using his journalism
to highlight the problems that Christian face in Pakistan. |

The Children of Beslan |
This project, which is being run by ASSIST
Europe, is bringing hope to the children of Beslan who survived the Beslan
school hostage crisis which began when armed Chechnyans took hundreds of
school children and adults hostage on September 1, 2004, at School Number
One (SNO) in the Russian town of Beslan in North Ossetia. On September 3,
2004, the third day of the standoff, shooting broke out between the
hostage-takers and Russian security forces. According to official data,
344 civilians were killed, 186 of them children and hundreds more
wounded.

Front Page Radio, which is 28 minutes in length, features a news
update, an interview with fascinating guests who are making a difference in
missions, and a short comment from Wooding about his nearly 40 years in
journalism which has included being chief reporter for Billy Graham’s
British newspaper, The Christian, as well as time as a senior reporter with
both the Sunday People and the Sunday Mirror in London, England.

is presented by Dan Wooding, Bruce Sonnenberg and Mark Ellis. It
is carried in the USA on the Calvary Satellite Network on about 300
stations, in Australia on numerous Radio Rhema stations, in Tonga on
