TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA (ANS – November 17, 2017) – Irishman, John Edwards, has been recovered from addiction to alcohol and drugs for over 27 Years.
And now, he will be doing a radical outreach in partnership with and from Dr. Rodney Howard-Brown’s River at Tampa Bay Church starting on Sunday afternoon, November 19, 2017.
He will be getting buried in an 8 foot long by 3 foot wide and high coffin for 3 days to livestream “Words of Life from the Grave” to those affected by the drug epidemic that is presently raging in the United States of America and other parts of the world.
“President Trump declared a ‘Public Health Emergency’ just last month,” says Dublin-born Edwards. “This emergency is directly associated with the Opioid epidemic in the USA at the moment, and over 60,000 people have died from overdose to drugs in the USA alone in 2016.”
In a message to my father, Dan Wooding, John said, “I am getting buried here on Sunday while about 5,000 people are here to celebrate Thanksgiving Sunday. They will give out hundreds of Turkey and Hams, In the middle of it, I will get buried and begin to ‘Live Stream.’”
John Edwards, a committed Christian, struggled with addiction for over 20 years, was homeless, accidentally overdosed many times and survived a liver transplant, Hepatitis C and the Big C — cancer — twice. He has worked full-time with the broken and addicted of society for 26 years.
“I am so broken from attending funerals of both young and older people who have died as a direct result of addiction or depression,” he went onto say. “I have prayed and thought deeply about radical ways to reach these people and came up with the idea of getting buried, this way I can speak to many people before they end up in a premature grave.”
This is not John’s first time doing this #Gravechat, he did it last year in Halifax, England, and also last March in East Belfast, Northern Ireland. Suicidal people, the addicted, their families and professionals got in touch with John whilst he was in the coffin. With God’s help he and his team were able to help countless people. This outreach is interactive and you can text, email, phone and Skype John.
You can view John’s #Gravechat, when it begins, on Facebook Live
John will be taking this radical outreach to many parts of the world, bringing news of “Freedom” for many through this innovative outreach.
He said, “I’ll do this (#Gravechat) again in March next year in Middle America and then on the West Coast after that.”
