After 26 years as Reach Beyond missionaries in Ecuador, Ralph and his wife, Kathy, returned to life in the United States in 2018. Their four Ecuador-born children maintain dual U.S.-Ecuador citizenship.
In Quito, Ralph worked as a newscaster and program host on HCJB, an international radio station in Ecuador. He then became a publicity writer/blogger, bringing journalistic demands to bear upon each story. He also has mentored Latinos.
Ralp likes reading, listening to or playing and researching (and maybe buying) vintage acoustic guitars. He finds that the Made in Japan (MIJ) copies of U.S. guitars fit best into his price range.
